Dispatching
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order reference number. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept any order. You do, however, acknowledge that by clicking on the "Pay Now" button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the Products. Where we accept your order, we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the Product has been despatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). After entering into the Contract, we will be under a legal duty to supply you with goods that are in conformity with the Contract. The Contract will relate only to the Product(s) whose despatch we have confirmed in the Despatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the despatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Despatch Confirmation. Please note that the Products displayed on the Site may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed.

 

Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your order arrives safely without damage. All orders are shipped with a tracked and signed service. For a specific postal services please contact us via our email: contact@common-a-commune.com or fill out the form provided on the contact page. We will be happy to assist however this specification may incur additional costs. Once an item has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with the delivery of the Products you purchase on the Website as specified on your order confirmation. Please note that COMMON Å COMMUNĒ is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges of uncollected packages. Please note that the product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and important duties. In the event that your parcel requires a Personal Customs Code please notify us via email with your name order number confirmation of address and the personal customs code. We will ensure that these additional details have been noted and applied to your order by emailing you with a receipt of confirmation. Please allow 4-8 weeks for made to order items.
